Common questions

What is the lead time on LV dry-type transformers?

12–14 weeks from PO confirmation. Lead time starts when the deposit is received and the factory order is placed.

What voltages can you build?

Any primary or secondary voltage combination. Common configurations are 480V Delta - 208Y/120V, 480V Delta - 480V Delta, and 600V Delta - 208Y/120V. Send your spec for a firm quote.

Are your units UL listed?

Yes — dry-type units are UL/cUL listed. The UL file number is provided on request and included with every submittal package.

Do you offer copper windings?

Yes. Copper windings are available on request at a premium. Standard build is aluminum with copper optional.

What warranty do you offer?

5 years from date of shipment covering windings, core, tank, and terminals. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
